Miss any one of the five and the application does not fail. It queues to a staff card for a human to read, and there is no promised turnaround on that queue. The gate is built to fail closed, so a database that will not answer holds the contact rather than releasing it.

How the floor opens
Your username, one payment, and the role lands
Four steps, and only the first one is typed on this page. A head of track can still promote you for free at any time, and that route is unchanged.

Type the Discord username you are in the server with. That is the account the Elite Editor role is added to, and it is the only thing this page asks for.

Just go ahead and pay
One button. It sets up your subscription and takes you to Razorpay, which shows you the amount and takes your details and your payment method. A discount code, if you have one, is checked here first.

Pay once
The first payment sets up the mandate, UPI Autopay or card. Every month after that debits on its own and your bank sends a notice before each debit. Cancel any time from inside the server.

No fixed one. The gate is five conditions, not a timer. Pass all five and the contact releases. Miss one and the application queues to a staff card for a human to read, with no promised turnaround, because the gate is built to fail closed.
Do I get paid more on Elite Editing?
Cast sets no editing rate, so there is no rate to raise. What you charge is negotiated with the client after the contact is released, and Cast takes no cut. Elite changes how fast that contact reaches you and which briefs you see first.
Can I be promoted to Elite Editor for free?
Yes. HOD Editing runs /hod-promote by hand after watching what you post in #edit-drops and how you handle real leads. There is no threshold to farm, the route costs nothing, and nobody holds the role by promotion yet.
What happens to my Elite Editor role if I stop paying?
The floor stays open until the month you already paid for runs out, then the role comes off and you keep the Editor track. Anything you earned by promotion is not affected, because it was never the thing being paid for.
